Construct AND/OR gate using any transistors.
Connection Steps for AND Gate:
1.Emitter of Q1 → Connect to collector of Q2.
2.Emitter of Q2 → Connect to GND (0V).
3.First end of a 220Ω resistor → Connect to the collector of Q1 (this is the output node).
4.Second end of the resistor → Connect to the cathode (-) of the LED.
5.Anode (+) of the LED → Connect to Vcc (5V).
6.Base of Q1 (first transistor) → Connect to a push button (or switch) and then to Vcc (5V) via a 1kΩ resistor.
7.Base of Q2 (second transistor) → Connect to a push button (or switch) and then to Vcc (5V) via a 1kΩ resistor.
Connection Steps for OR Gate:
1.Transistor Emitters (Q1 & Q2) → Connect both to GND (0V).
2.Collector of Q1 and Q2 → Connect together at a common point (this is the output node).
3.First end of a 220Ω resistor → Connect to the common collector point.
4.Second end of the resistor → Connect to the cathode (-) of the LED.
5.Anode (+) of the LED → Connect to Vcc (5V).
6.Base of Q1 (first transistor) → Connect to a push button (or switch) and then to Vcc (5V) via a 1kΩ resistor.
7.Base of Q2 (second transistor) → Connect to a push button (or switch) and then to Vcc (5V) via a 1kΩ resistor.
