🥧Ingredients for 100 g of flour:
• Butter – 95 g
• Sugar – 110–115 g
• A pinch of salt
• Milk – 2 tbsp (about 20 g)
• Eggs – 2 medium
• Baking powder – 2/3 tsp
• Berries – about 60 g (optional)
It’s better to use a smaller baking pan (around 18–20 cm), otherwise the cake will turn out too flat.
