Grab your weights, a bench (or chair but the floor works too or a bosu ball), and wrist weights (added bonus!)
45 seconds on, 15 seconds off
1 time through
1. Alt bicep curls (or a pulse)
2. Overhead tricep extension
3. Hammer curls
4. Tricep kickbacks
5. Zottman curls
6. Dips
7. Crossbody curls
8. Pushups (tricep style)
9. 21's, 7 low, 7 high and 7 full curls
10. Wide grip curls
11. Skull crushers
No warm up included but includes a few stretches at the end.
