HOW TO MAKE CARROT CUPCAKES | The Awkward Kitchen PH

Описание: CARROT CUPCAKES RECIPE VIDEO

INGREDIENTS:

300 g Carrots, grated
150 g Walnuts, ground/chopped
4 Large Eggs
1 1/2 Sugar
1 cup Vegetable Oil

2 cups Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven at 180° C. Prepare you cupcake / muffin tin with cupcake liners.

2. In a large bowl, sift your flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside your dry ingredients.

3. Beat the eggs and sugar at medium high speed for 1 - 2 minutes until pale. Add in the oil and carrots. Mix briefly. Turn your mixer to the lowest speed and add in you dry ingredients. Mix until well combined. Turn off the mixer and fold the walnuts into your batter.

4. Transfer to your lined cupcake/muffin tins and bake at 180° C for 25 - 30 minutes or until toothpick comes of clean when you poke it in. Let it coll before serving or before pipping your frosting.
