As a beginner i used to make fondant cakes using this recipe..
I made few cakes using this fondant I got super compliments and all those cakes are big success.. So now I’m sharing this fondant recipe for you guys🥰
Here one speciality of this fondant is its purely veg fondant ...

Fondant is used for cake decoration...
Mainly fondant recipe is used in making theme cakes...
So now let’s see the process and measurements for this recipe

Fondant is also called as sugar paste or gum paste .

Agar agar powder (chaina grass) 1 1/2 tablespoon
Icing sugar 6 cups
Light corn syrup 1/4 cup
Glucose 1 tb
Butter / oil 1 tb
Vanilla essence 1 tb
Milk 6 tb


Firstly sieve icing sugar and keep aside
Now take a thick bottomed bowl or pan and mix agar agar powder in 6 table spoons milk and make soft paste

Now keep this paste on stove ( low to medium flame ) and stir continuously without any lumps..
After few time mixture turns into thick consistency... then off the flame and add corn syrup , glucose , butter and essence and mix well without lumps...


Now take half quantity of icing sugar in a blow and make a pit and add the mixture we prepared, make a dough by adding remaining icing sugar in batches..
Kneed well And then rest fondant in cling wrap for eight hours....

Now after eight hours take the fondant and add desired colour and kneed well ...
Now our super strechy fondant is ready for decorating cakes🥰🤩🤩🤩
