best ever homemade fondant / no marshmallows /no gelatin

Xanthan gum is easily available and in lower quantity helps reducing cholesterol and blood sugar also. mrp is only 90/- for 75g. Available in Amazon and flipkart.

** If you guys are going to try this then always remember the exact ratio of ingredients.
#1. If you add too much xanthan gum it will become too dry and hard.
#2. If your dough is too sticky, add icing sugar and knead until it's soft, pliable and doesn't stick to your hand.
#3. If it seems too hard you can add a little butter, ghee or shortening to make it soft.
#4. If you don't have xanthan gum, you can replace xanthan gum with CMC tylose powder.
