Show weekend has arrived.
🎥 Friday – 1 Day Out
Full behind-the-scenes action as we fine-tune every detail — strategy calls, diet and water manipulations, posing practice, last-minute tweaks and adjustments to make sure we nail and land the look.
🏆 Saturday – Show Day
We stepped on stage and delivered our best look to date.
Perfectly peaked, improved conditioning, and a polished presentation.
The redemption was real — moving from dead last to Top 4, placing higher than athletes who previously beat me.
Just as coach said before stepping on stage:
“It’s just another check-in.”
And we delivered.
🍔 Sunday – Post Show
A little well-earned post-show fun, food and recovery as we head home knowing the job was executed to perfection.
Regardless of the placing — we won big this weekend.
This is what trusting the process, sticking to the plan, and showing up looks like.
