İngredients:
150 ml lukewarm milk
150 ml lukewarm water
1 teaspoon dry yeast
50 g sugar
1 egg
40 ml vegetable oil
a pinch of salt
600 g flour
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons water
Divide the dough into two parts.
Add 3 tablespoons cocoa powder and
3 tablespoons water to one part and mix.
Let both dough parts rest for 1 hour, then shape and brush with milk.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes
