If you want very soft homemade bread, follow this recipe carefully. I tried to clearly show each step in the video. Measurements are below.
İngredients:
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
250 ml lukewarm milk
50 ml vegetable oil
1 egg
500 or 550 gr flour
Add the flour in two stages
Let the dough rise for 1 hour
For the topping:
3 teaspoons yogurt
1 egg yolk and nigella seeds
Bake at 200 degrees for 35 minutes
