Restaurant Style Karahi Qeema :
Karhai qeema is a Pakistani curry made in wok using lots of tomatoes, green chillies and ginger. I added onions in this recipe along with freshly ground spices - you can create this flavourful curry in less than 30 minutes.
My family absolutely love this Karhi qeema! Try it and I am sure you gonna love this too!

Ingredients:
4 tomatoes sliced
2 onions
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp kashmiri red chillies
1 tsp crushed chillies
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 kg minced beef
Garnishing
1 tsp coriander and cumin seeds (roasted and crushed)
1 tsp kasuri methi
few coriander leaves
3-4 green chillies
