Sometimes we can't always go out the Aunty who makes it the best in the area. So tie up your apron and get to it. This was my first attempt at making koesisters so its basically foolproof.
Recipe :
4 Cups Flour
180g Butter
1 Egg
1.5 Tblspn Sugar
2 Potatoes
10g Cake Yeast
1 tspn Baking powder
Pinch of Bicarb
3 tspn Naartjie (tangerine) peel grounded
1 tspn Cloves grounded
3 tspn Cinnamon
1 tspn Elachie (cardamom)
