British Airways Mobile app and the self checking kiosks and not self bag drop off fully automatic easy to use self bag drop off kiosks.
I checked in my self on automatic self service kiosks, got my boarding pass, I had to now check my bag, the staff checked my boarding pass and the passport, then said it is self bag drop off too.
I got the bad drop off kiosk instead of a staff member now there is a machine standing in front of you.
Method to use, executive card option boarding pass, etc I used the boarding pass that had a security code plus my passenger details which automatically pulled my details of the name my destination details.
All I had to do was I wan under 23KG and I confirmed the bag and the destination on the screen and confirmed again to print the luggage tag.
No pealing anymore it is self sticky tag easy attach. Then pushed the button saying dispatch.
Fantastic. self service option.
