Recipe for southern style, sweet potato pie

  4-large potatoes, two for each pie
3- eggs
1-cup of granulated sugar
1/3-cup of brown sugar
1 -teaspoon of cinnamon
1 -teaspoon of nutmeg
1 -tablespoon of vanilla extract
1-half teaspoon of banana extract
2-pinches of salt
1-stick of melted butter
 1- cup of buttermilk
