Protein Loaded Garlic Paneer Toast 🧄🧀💪

🥪 Recipe Ingredients
• Bread slices – 2
• Low fat paneer (grated) – 100 gm
• Spinach (palak) – 100 gm (blanched & squeezed)
• Onion (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp
• Boiled sweet corns – 20 gm
• Mozzarella cheese – 25 gm
• Desi ghee – 10 gm
• Garlic (chopped) – 6–8 cloves
• Fresh coriander (dhania) – 1 tbsp
• Salt – as per taste
• Black pepper – ½ tsp
• Chilli flakes – pinch
👨🍳 Recipe Process
1. Mini pan me desi ghee heat karein aur chopped garlic ko golden brown hone tak sauté karein.
2. Isme dhania, chilli flakes aur pinch of salt add karke garlic ghee ready kar lein.
3. Palak ko blanch karke achhe se squeeze karein aur finely chop karein.
4. Bowl me grated low-fat paneer, palak, onions aur boiled sweet corns add karein.
5. Salt aur black pepper daal kar mixture achhe se mix karein.
6. Bread slice par thick layer me paneer mixture spread karein.
7. Upar garlic ghee spread karein aur mozzarella cheese sprinkle karein.
8. Air fryer me 180°C par 8 minutes tak air fry karein.
9. Crispy, cheesy protein toast ready.
