Front Squats: 3x10 with 205lbs.
Leg Press: 3x10 with 540lbs. (6 plates each side)
Bench Press: 3x10 with 225lbs.
Weighted Pull Ups Neutral Grip: 3x10 with 100lbs.
Weighted Dips: 3x10 with 100lbs.
Seated Cable Row: 3x10 with 180lbs.
Dumbbell Lateral Raises: 3x15 with 25lbs.
Tricep Rope Cable Over Head Extensions: 3x15 with 110lbs.
Dumbbell Hammer Curls: 3x12 each arm with 50lbs.
