Brussels Sprout Salad:
olive oil
1-2 cloves garlic
3/4 lb. Brussels sprouts
1/3 cup pickled carrots (great recipe in his book)
1/2 cup toasted nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, or pecans)
1 bunch green onions
1/4 cup Citrus Vinaigrette
1/2 cup cilantro
1/2 cup parsley
salt
pepper
Citrus Vinaigrette:
1 orange
1 lemon
1 lime
1 1/2 tbs. honey
1 tbs. Champagne or white wine vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil
salt
pepper
