MUTTON SPRING ROLL
Let's go for Ingredients
Minched Mutton 250gms
Ginger garlic paste 2tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
Gram masala 1/2 tsp
Onion medium size 2-3
Carrot 1cup
Green peas 1cup
Cabbage 1cup
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Samosa Sheets

PROCEDURE
*Add minched Mutton, ginger garlic paste, Turmeric powder,salt and half glass water
*Mix well,close the lid and upto 60%,till the minced Mutton get tenderized and the water content dries up.
*Add two tablespoons of oil and stir fry the minced Mutton turns brown and light crispy,then add garam masala,red chilli powder and all the vegetables
*Mix well for 3 minutes,Now the stuffing is ready.
*Finally add coriander leaves to get fantastic aroma
*Switch off the flame and allow it to cool for a while.
*Take a ready-made Spring Roll sheet
*Add the fillings towards one corner and roll the sheet.Fold the sides.
*Apply the paste of maida and water at the edges.Fold and seal the rolls.
*Add oil for frying in a pan.When the oil is hot,lower these rolls into the oil and fry on both sides,till it turns to golden brown colour.
*Now the Spring Roll is ready.
*Serve hot along with mint chutney or tomato sauce of your choice 😂

INGREDIENTS
Readymade samosa sheets
Mutton 250gms
Onion 2
Greenpeas 1cup
Potato 2
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Ginger garlic paste 1/2tsp
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
Salt and oil required
PROCEDURE
*Boil mutton 50%with Turmeric powder,1/2tsp ginger garlic paste,1/2 tsp salt with 1/2glass of water.
*Crush the boiled mutton
*Add chopped Onion,ginger garlic paste, Turmeric powder,garam masala,curry leaves,red chilli powder,salt.
*Add boiled potatoes, green peas.
*Mix well,for 3minutes,Now the stuffing is ready 👍
*Take a ready-made Samosa Sheets
"Add the fillings and roll the sheets in triangular shape👍
*Apply the paste of maida and water at the adges
*Fold and seal the patties
*Add oil for frying in a pan.When the oil is hot,lower the samosa and fry on both sides,till it turns to golden brown colour 👍
*Now the Onion samosa is ready👍
