What's not to love about Velveeta cheese and ground meat blended together and wrapped in a golden brown crust. An excellent quick meal.
The ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion diced
8 oz Velveeta
1 (13.8) can pizza dough
Pinch of thyme
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
Green onion tops
Preheat over to 400.
Brown the meat and onions until cooked.
Season while cooking. Drain any grease.
Add Velveeta and green onion tops and cook about 5 minutes.
Leave in pan for 10 minutes.
Place the dough in a lightly grease pan and flatten out to fit pan.
Add in the cheese and meat mixture.
Roll up long ways. Using a couple spatulas to get it started.
Roll all the way and place in middle of pan with seam side down.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
