Found this recipe in a What's cooking magazine from Kraft. Max loves everything with hamburger in it so I tried it.
1 lb. (450 g) lean ground beef
4 slices bacon, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2/3 cup Cheez Whiz Process Cheese Product
1 pkg. (235 g) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
HEAT oven to 400°F.
BROWN ground beef with bacon and onions in large skillet; drain. Stir in Cheez Whiz; cook until melted, stirring frequently. Cool 10 min. (I recommend cooling this at least 20 minutes.)
UNROLL dough onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Press into 14x7-inch rectangle, firmly pressing seams and perforations together to seal. Cover with meat mixture. Roll up dough, starting at 1 long side. Rearrange, if necessary, so roll is seam-side down on baking sheet.
(note from me, the seam doesn't have to be down, it is fine up or sideways)
BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown.
A picture of how this recipe is supposed to look like is at this link. Do you see the nice cooked dough spiral in the center? This didn't happen with mine. the dough stayed kind of mushy, still good but mushy

There is actually a how to recipe video on the site as well, she had no problem rolling it up. I'm sure her mixture was very cool. Actually if you look at her final product, you can't see the nice spiral in the middle either, hmmmm
