to Make Tres Leches Cake
Cake:
3 eggs
175g Suger
1g Salt
1 tsp vanilla
75g Mineral water
75g Sunflower oil
210g Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
Bake in preheated oven at 170 c (338F) for 25-30 minuten.
Caramel suce:
250g suger
35g Butter Room temperature
375ml whipped cream Room temperature
Milk sirup:
1l Milk
130g Suger
250g Wipped cream
Creame:
500g Wipped cream
3Tsp creamstarch
1 Tsp Vanilla extrackt
