During a Full Moon, the Moon is sitting opposite the Sun, fully illuminated by the light of it. In this state of illumination (or clear seeing) the Full Moon is considered a night of celebration, gratitude, and releasing pent-up energy and blockages (which is why the full moon is a great time to engage in deep somatic release work, such as the breathwork meditation I'll be teaching you in this video).
