Workout Description: Total Body Workout that uses Gliders to challenge stability and balance. The perfect workout to do on vacation or while traveling because you only need Gliders and can do this workout without a mat.
Warm Up
Glider Leg Series
• Glider 1st to 2nd Plies (8 Reps, 2 Sets per Side)
• Glider Low Lunge (4 Reps, 2 Sets per Side)
• Glider Curtsey Lunge (4 Reps, 2 Sets per Side)
• Glider Lateral Lunge with Squat Hold (4 Reps, 2 Sets per Side)
• Glider Leg Circles with Squat Hold (4 Reps, 2 Sets per Side)
Core Series
• Glider Mountain Climbers (10 Reps/ 2 Sets)
• Glider Oblique Knee Tucks (8 Reps/ 2 Sets)
• Glider Plank Pike Variation (5 Reps/ 2 Sets)
Upper Body Series
• Glider Alternating Arm Circles (12 Reps/ 2 sets)
• Glider Single Arm Wheelbarrow (8 Reps/ 2 sets)
Glute & Hamstring Series
• Hip Bridge Hold with Glider Leg Slides (6 Reps/ 2 Sets per Side)
• Hip Bridge Hold with Glider Leg Circles (4 Reps/ 2 Sets per Side)
