The symbol of Tokushima City, Mt. Bizan is a beautiful spot that was chosen as having one of Japan’s top 100 night views. It takes about 6 minutes to reach the top of mountain via ropeway from the Awa Odori Kaikan. If you look straight up at the LED kaleidoscope installed on the observation deck from below, you will see shining and beautiful changing patterns made from approximately 4,100 LEDs.
