This week in our chakra series, we’re focusing on the fourth chakra - our Anahata, or Heart Chakra. To help move energy into this area of the body, we practice some heart opening backbends, including Camel and Wheel Pose. Grab a strap and find a wall, chair, or even a willing human for some fun variations of these postures!
The heart chakra is all about love, compassion, and acceptance. As we move, let’s practice letting go of self-judgement and criticism, and aim to instead cultivate these qualities within both body and mind.
