Gappa Valley — The Most Peaceful Place in Pakistan — EP:52

Описание: As you all know, we started our journey early in the morning from Naltar Valley, and today’s destination was Chalt Valley. Chalt is not just a specific village — it’s actually a vast region made up of several beautiful valleys and routes.

When you enter Nagar District, you’ll find a signboard that says “Chalt Mor.” From the main road, Chalt is about 4 km inside, and once you reach there, you’ll find a big and lively market — Chalt Bazaar. It’s one of the main areas of Nagar and also serves as an important sub-division.

From Chalt, two main roads branch out.
The left road takes you up towards Chaprot Valley, one of the most scenic places in the region. The entire route is breathtaking, with Rakaposhi standing tall in front of you throughout the ride. After passing Chaprot (a large and peaceful village), around 6–7 km ahead begins the stunning Gappa Valley.

At the entrance, there’s a small forest check post, and as you move deeper, you’re surrounded by streams, glaciers, and the untouched beauty of the Gappa Meadows. It’s truly a hidden paradise — calm, green, and absolutely mesmerizing. The locals are warm and welcoming; they offer tea, food, and even a small hut where you can stay overnight.

On the right side of Chalt Bazaar, another road leads to Bar Valley. Along the way, you’ll pass Budalas, Bardas Chalt, and finally reach the last village — Bar Khas Chalt. At the end of this valley lies one of the most beautiful spots in all of Nagar — the Daitar Meadows. Locals call it “Daitar ki Charagah.”

Above these meadows rises the majestic Hachindar Chahish Peak (7000m) — a mountain so grand that people from around the world come to witness its beauty.

All of this lies within Nagar District, one of Pakistan’s most underrated travel gems. I truly believe these places deserve to be seen and appreciated by the world.
