Injured flying-fox in care part 3: this is Hoodie having a bath.

Описание: Hoodie is a subadult male Grey-Headed Flying-Fox who ended up on the road in the car parking lane; I can't figure out his previous history, except that he has hit his head sometime during this event; he may have glanced off powerlines, or he may have glanced off a car.
I really wish they'd come into care with witness statements and case histories and medical records, but apparently that's not a thing.
He is quite concussed, his legs are a bit weak but this might be a factor of his concussion and general bashed up state, or it could be a spinal injury with bruising to the spinal cord, or a pelvic injury,

I'm not all that sure what's going on or if he will survive and recover, but he's more alert than I would have anticipated, and he deserves a chance. This is only day 2, and he seems comfortable and is drinking well.
I'll take each days as it comes since I don't really have any choice and can't effect a different outcome as his various injuries are starting to manifest.

Tolga Bat Hospital takes donations for our batties. Tolga is an awesome place in Far North Queensland, which has charity status. By sending donations to them, they get a percentage (and deserve every cent) and they can allocate money to me for batty expenses without it becoming part of my income stream (which makes tax time difficult).
