Sprinkle cheese evenly over the nuts around the outer ring. Cover the pan with a lid and let it steam lightly over low heat, allowing the eggs to set and the cheese to melt. As the heat works, the melted cheese binds the nuts and eggs together into a cohesive round shape. The result is a dish that combines crispy, nutty flavors with soft, tender eggs—nutritious, aromatic, and simple yet full of layered taste.
