12th of January - myself and Robby hit the road for Carne Beach in Co. Wexford. What a beautiful day and location for our 377th Swim and our 5th County of this years challenge.
We were delighted to be hosted by the fantastic Susie from https://www.soulfire.ie who let us use the woodfire sauna for a dry sauna before the swim and a wet sauna after the swim.
The beach has some big rocks under the water so be careful if you choose to swim here but other than that what an amazing location.
