1 Tsp salt
1/4 cup Hara Dhania finely chopped(Green Coriander leaves Finely chopped)
1 Tbl sp oil
1 Tsp ENO(Fruit salt)
For Tadka
2 to 3 Tbl sp oil
1 Tsp Rai (Mustard seed)
1/2 Tsp Jeera(Cumin seed)
5 to 6 Curry patta(Curry leaves)
2 Tsp Til(Sesame)
Sprinkle Red Chilly powder
(Optional)
Hara Dhania for Garnish (Green
