Today is all about saving yourself time and money in the kitchen by creating easy budget friendly recipes; some of which you cook once and eat twice or with a few quick steps create a spin-off meal so you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time with the ones you love most.

I planned a week's worth of meals to save your brain coming up with a meal plan and ended up with a bonus meal - so follow along for 8 meals and wait till the end where I provide a grocery list to help you get organised.
