Today's routine will, once and for all, improve the little ones' flexibility!!
With all the plays and activities that kids do on their daily routine, it's super important that they're always stretched and that their muscles are always ready for any challenge! This workout's composed by stretching exercises, followed by some amazing reaching movements, that will promote greater flexibility for the little ones. With this increased flexibility, kids will greatly reduce any risk of injury and will improve their coordination skills!
