Aaj hum kar rahe hain ek 9-minute lower body workout (Hindi version) — perfect for anyone who wants to strengthen their legs, glutes, thighs, and quads.
Agar aap apni lower body strong, toned aur sculpted banana chahti ho, then this workout is for you!
You just need a mat and your energy.
We’ll do 6 exercises — 30 seconds work and 15 seconds rest — and complete 2 rounds in total.
🔥 Exercises in this workout:
1️⃣ Squat Hold with Lateral Toe Taps
2️⃣ Half Squats
3️⃣ Jump Squats (Tempo Down)
4️⃣ Surrender Squats (kneel → come up to squat)
5️⃣ Squat Back & Forth Walk
6️⃣ Jump Squats (Tempo Down)
➡️ Repeat the same circuit twice.
This workout will help you build stronger legs, firm glutes, and toned thighs — all from home, no equipment needed!
