Exploring movement in my 40s and aiming for beyond. The best thing for our bodies is to move them. Motion is Lotion! It's not about doing all those cool tricks you see the young people doing. Keeping things simple is just as effective in maintaining a strong, mobile, and dynamic body. I like following the 1-minute rule. Aim to move every day for just 1 minute. You may find yourself accomplishing 5-15 minutes of movement per day. Or do 1 minute a few times throughout your day. Keep it simple, keep fun!
