Описание: Join me live for a daily 30-40 minute lower body and side split stretch routine that is beginner-friendly, no equipment needed, and designed to build flexibility step by step!

This is a low-pressure, community-powered workout where we focus on consistency, mobility, and progress toward the splits together. If everyone is a regular, this will be a quick ~30-min workout..unless I ramble (High Odds). If we have new people, I slow down and explain each move so you can follow along easily. Subscribe and be part of the journey!

My goal is to help you (and me) practice consistency first and foremost. Stretch a little every day without overdoing it. If you train too hard and get too sore, you might be inclined to take a break that turns side splits into a distant memory. No judgement. I'm speaking from experience.. I've got 15+ years and probably 30+ instances of such experience.

Feeling stressed? No need to join daily! “Never-miss-two-days” works great too.
Daily is just how I'm making myself available to the internet for 30-ish minutes every day.
Absolutely take rest days AND come in and cheer us on in the comments. :)
