Feel the rising temperatures and emerging heat between the contestants as we commence with this Ultimate Fitness Challenge of MuscleBlaze Zidd Wars 2020.

7 contestants, who will try their best in the 1st round- Deadlift, where they will not only challenge each other but also their own self. The zidd to be the best will make these contestants strive harder and harder to set new targets and beat their personal records in order to beat others.

Our host, Thakur Anoop Singh Rathore takes you through the journey of all the 7 contestants.

Contestant 1- Jitendra aka Big Bully (Wrestler)
Lost his father at the tender age of 6 and saw his family struggle. He converted his big body frame into an advantage for himself and ventured into bodybuilding at the age of 16. Worked at a construction site too, to earn a livelihood.

Contestant 2- Rahul Yadav aka Taarzan (Wrestler)
A life full of struggles yet a zidd to prove himself. Taarzan worked as a construction site worker and even a conductor. He saw hardships yet emerged victoriously.

Contestant 3- Athitesh Shetty (Crosfitter)
His lean physique is his biggest strength. Fast as lightning, this young contestant is here to prove himself.

Contestant 4- Akhlad Pasha (Bodybuilder)
A student and a ziddi bodybuilder who has won many titles at this young age. His zidd is what makes him a strong contender despite being so young as compared to others.

Contestant 5- Mohan Yadav (Bodybuilder)
Always bullied for being underweight, this young bodybuilder has a zidd to prove himself to his haters and to the world. Always considered as an underdog, he wants to show the world what an underdog really is capable of.

Contestant 6- Ashish Dayma (Powerlifter)
Winner of last season and the winner of India’s Strong Man title 2 times, this powerlifter is all set to prove himself yet again. His zidd is to be better than his previous version and set new records for himself.

Contestant 7- Prince Aadvanshi (Wrestler)
Made from zidd, this wrestler just wants to prove himself again and again and be better each time. At a young age, he won a gold medal for India in Asia Powerlifting Championship.

1st round: Deadlift
The contestants get a chance to place 3 bids, where they write on chits in each bid the weight they think they can lift. Not to mention, with each bid, the weight goes up. The weight the contestants lift in each bid gets divided by their body weight and the value obtained is their score that will determine their ranking.

So in a nutshell, for a single round, every contestant gets 3 chances to prove his zidd and improve his ranking.

The referee for the round is Mr. Santosh Shinde, who is a Shri Shiv Chhatrapati rewarded international and national player and national referee.

So the 1st bid of the 1st round-Deadlift begins with Mohan Yadav and ends on Prince Aadvanshi. All the contestants have the zidd in their eyes to be better than others and prove themselves. After the 1st bid of the round, Akhlad Pasha, Mohan Yadav, and Ashish Dayma grab the top 3 positions.

Another bid and you witness the contestants striving hard to beat their previous scores and improve their rankings. While a few sail through smoothly, some struggle to lift heavier weights. After the 2nd bid of the round, once again Akhlad Pasha, Mohan Yadav, and Ashish Dayma hold the top 3 positions.

Now, before the contestants place their 3rd and last bid for the deadlift round, Thakur Anoop Singh, the host, charges them up with his motivational words. A much-needed motivation indeed as the contestants need to place their highest bid this time.

The 3rd bid ended on a dramatic note where many contestants failed to lift the heavyweights. But a star is the one who brightens the pitch-black sky and we did find our star of the 1st round.
