Full body workout that is modifiable for multiple fitness levels! Meant to be challenging but doable.
Dumbbells & mat recommended.
Weight amount is based on your individual needs. If unsure, start with 5 pounds, then go up or down as needed.
This workout is part of the FitChicago group fitness program ~ designed for members of the UChicago community but open to everyone.
