Lucky for you your Limber Pro stretch machine comes with a media shelf that slides right onto your handlebar placard. Start the exercise video and follow along. Our instructor Kera will walk you through each exercise on your stretch exercise placard plus show you a few extras. Timers are built into the video and are 15 seconds long. Pause the video on stretches that you want to hold for longer or perform sets of.
Remember to wear your safety wrist bands during stretches that require you to lean back in the pivoting seat.
