In this 3–4 minute session, we explore the Kalari Lion posture through both attack and defence, breaking the movement down step by step before weaving it into a smooth, flowing sequence.
This practice builds strength, coordination, and body awareness while staying grounded and fluid. It can feel strong and empowering, but the pace remains accessible — you’re encouraged to move within your own range and take pauses as needed.
This section builds on movements introduced earlier in Week 2, making it a great way to deepen your Kalari-based practice while keeping the session short and focused.
Perfect as a standalone movement break or combined with the other Go Flow sections for a longer practice.
