Join me on an adventure up Williams Peak in Chilliwack! This challenging, technical trail typically takes about 9 hours, with steep ascents and rugged terrain along the way. We started early, carrying plenty of water since there are no reliable sources (though you may find a small stream around 2 km in, depending on snow conditions).
The trail opens with a steep 3-kilometer climb to the ridge, followed by a forested stretch with a few ups and downs. Partway up, my friend unfortunately had to turn back due to a cramp. I continued solo, but after reaching the ridge, I encountered deep snow, making it too risky to push on alone—so I decided to turn back.
