If you would like to learn how to do the couch stretch and get your head to touch the wall - practicing the couch stretch may not be your solution.
I suffered with anterior pelvic tilt for over 20 years. The couch stretch is something I thought I needed because I had pain in my lower back, hips, knees and pelvic floor.
Being able to do the couch stretch was my goal.
I made 0 progress practicing it however.
