Here are two exercises to release tension that is stored in your eyes and head. This, in turn, helps to relieve stress that is stored in your mind. Most of the time we turn our heads to look at something, rather than use our gaze to its full extent. These simple eye movements strengthen the muscles in your eyes, help prevent headaches and eye strain, and may improve vision.
