調味料 : 蠔油1大匙 ,醬油1茶匙 ,糖1/2茶匙 ,米酒 1/4茶匙 , 香油1/2茶匙
牛肉醃料 :醬油2茶匙 , 米酒1茶匙, 蛋液1茶匙 , 水1大匙 , 食用小蘇打粉 1/4茶匙 ,黑胡椒粒 少許 , 太白粉1茶匙 ,香油 1茶匙.
