In this video, I cover the left and right hooks as our Muay Thai Technique segment. This strike is by far my all-time favorite technique to use and the one I've probably scored the most during my entire career as a fighter and as a coach, in sparring and fighting.

Used effectively, the Hook offers tremendous potential to knock any opponent out as well as set-up efficient hand and leg combinations of attacks.
