Preparation:
Grasp ammo can on each side making sure to support the lower half of the ammo can with elbows pointed towards the deck. Position ammo can in front of neck.
Execution:
Press ammo can upward until arms are extended overhead. Keep knees slightly bent throughout movement. Lower to front of neck and repeat.
Comments:
Feet may be positioned shoulder width apart or one foot in front of other with forward leg slightly bent. Upper chest is high with knees slightly bent.
