Cornmeal Masala Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe:
8 tbsp peanut oil
1-1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts
2/3 cup cornmeal (but probably more--you'll see...)
3 tbsp chickpea flour (but probably more--again, you'll see...)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
pinch of cayenne
lemon wedges (optional)
White Bean Aioli Recipe:
1 (15 oz.) can navy or great northern beans, drained/rinsed
2 tbsp lemon juice (from about 1 lemon)
1/4 tsp salt
several pinches of freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
6 cloves garlic, chopped
