This is a daily vlog where I am going to take you guys along for the ride for my LAST prep EVER. I am done with bodybuilding at the end of this year and I want to show you guys what prep really looks like. The good, the bad, and the ugly. But MOST importantly after I step off stage for the last time I am going to show you guys how I continue to live a fulfilling life while maintaining my show ready physique for as long as possible. So that you can take the lessons from me and apply them to your own life so that you can also look stage ready without the stage!
