Ukraine endured another devastating night as Russia launched a massive missile and drone attack, firing 18 ballistic and 7 cruise missiles and striking energy infrastructure across Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, and multiple regions, causing widespread blackouts, civilian casualties, and critical power shortages.
