Jia (Kim Chiu) learns about an existing proof of her appointment as Dragon Empire's CEO when the former IT Head confessed the truth to her. Wasting no time, Jia pulls a fast one on Lucy (Eula Valdez) and Dana (Yam Concepcion) as she disseminates Adam's (Christopher de Leon) email installing her as the company’s top brass. Despite getting cold feet with the heavy responsibility on her shoulders, Jia makes a decision for the benefit of the company’s employees.

Kai (Sunshine Cruz) and David (Xian Lim) give Jia their love and support before she begins her first day as Dragon Empire's new CEO. While Jia passes by Adam's office to pay her respects, Dana tries to start a fight. As the board members hold a meeting to discuss who will truly take on Adam's former position, Jia lays down three important requests. Later on, Jia stands by her word as she continues to fight for her employees' rights when Dana causes more trouble. (With English Subtitles)
