Culinary offerings at the hotel are led by executive chef Wallace Mua at Trivet restaurant, which accommodates over 100 diners and showcases exceptional local produce, including creamy Pahi oysters and lamb belly. A 30-seat Japanese teppanyaki restaurant, Kureta, is set to open in September, adding to the hotel's diverse dining options.

For events and conferences, JW Marriott Auckland boasts over 500 square meters of versatile meeting and event space, including a pillarless ballroom with a 4.1-meter ceiling, suitable for gala dinners, large conferences, and awards ceremonies. The hotel has been selected to host prestigious events such as the 2025 PRINZ Awards Gala Dinner and the RICS New Zealand Awards, highlighting its prominence in the city's hospitality scene.

The hotel's transformation was led by Singapore-based designer Leonard Lee of O37 design studio, who incorporated elements inspired by New Zealand's landscapes into the hotel's interiors. JW Marriott Auckland has also been recognized with nominations for New Zealand's Leading Hotel and Oceania's Leading New Hotel at the World Travel Awards, reflecting its commitment to excellence in hospitality.
