Only three main ingredients are needed to make perfect Swedish pancakes every batch. The recipe is derived from traditional Swedish pannkakor and has been enjoyed for generations. The pancakes can be rolled up with butter, Nutella, lingonberry or strawberry jam, or folded over with fresh fruit inside.

Ingredients:
3 Eggs, large size
4 cups Milk, 3.25% Homogenized milk
2½ cups Flour, all purpose
¼ cup Butter, For the pan, ½ stick of butter
Instructions:
1) Crack the eggs in a medium sized mixing bowl.
2) Whisk the eggs until blended.
3) Add milk to the bowl.
4) Whisk until eggs are dissolved.
5) Add flour to the mix.
6) Whisk until all clumps of flour are gone.
7) Heat the frying pan on the stovetop on low to medium heat.
8) Add a teaspoon of butter or oil to the pan.
9) Add a ½ cup of batter to the pancake frying pan and spread the batter evenly in the pan.
10) When the top surface of the pancake appears dry, flip the pancake and let it fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown on the under side.
11) Repeat steps 8 to 10 for the next pancake until the remainder of mix is used.
Swedish pancakes are best enjoyed when freshly made but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. You can reheat them in a microwave or in the pan.
